Beautiful Ocean front view. Easy beach access. The heated pool was amazing and it was great having a hot tub to relax in the evening! Awesome property and a great vacation spot! We had a great time!

We can't boost enough about our experience staying in this condo. Communicating with Tony was easy and fun. He was always available to answer our questions and deal with any needs we had. The condo was immaculate and the security just added to the homey relaxing experience. You couldn't ask for better access or a better view of the beach. We saw to SpaceX launces; which was an amazing treat. Thanks Tony for sharing your condo. You have true gem.

This condo was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could have needed. The balcony was wonderful and we spent a lot of time out there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fully stocked and we slept great. My only complaint was the cleaning service arrived at 8:30 the morning we were leaving and we felt pressure to get out. She said outside by the elevator and waited for us to leave. Our check out time was 10:00 and we left at 10:00 because of her. We will definity be back and hope to stay in this unit.

This property is an extremely clean, modern, and equipped condo. Tony, the owner, is very prompt and courteous with communication and contract details. The location is perfect, right on the beach with a 5th floor balcony off of the living room and a large window in the master bedroom that face the ocean. The condo is well equipped in the kitchen, everything you need to prepare meals: tons of dishes, oven range, microwave, air fryer, griddle, blender, you name it, it was there. The refrigerator is large and has an ice maker and an excellent water filter. The water from the fridge did not have the "Florida water" taste, this was a very nice amenity. It has a closet full of beach and pool accessories and equipment: large umbrella, an umardoo canopy, chairs, toys, boogie boards. A very large supply of nice towels: bath towels and beach towels. Also, condo is well supplied with toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. The beds are very nice and comfortable and clean. My favorite thing about 507 was the shower. The shower heads and water pressure are excellent. The condo is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The property is very safe. The beach access is close and easy. Also, the outdoor shower/hose area coming up from the beach is top notch to get the sand off of everything and yourself. I have stayed in numerous condos in Florida and this one is by far the best I have stayed at in terms of value for the size, location, cleanliness, and amenities.

AMAZING!

All we can say is Wow! This condo was the perfect choice for our beach vacation. Everything we could possibly need was provided. Spotless clean condo, comfy beds and living room furniture made our stay perfect. Love the balcony where we watched 3 Space X launches. Tony is the perfect host. Very friendly and helpful. We are so glad we chose to stay in his condo. Would definitely come back.

great view and location

This place is nice and quiet. It has a direct view to the East, perfect for watching the waves roll in, the sunrise, and, rocket launches from Cape Canaveral or Kennedy Space Center. We watched four during our week there.They also have towels and toys for the beach. The owner is helpful and friendly.
