Spotless, great location and good host service

The unit is clean and beautifully maintained, with everything thoughtfully organized. The location is excellent—very quiet and just steps from the beach. The beach itself is clean and uncrowded, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. At the same time, you’re only minutes away from Cocoa Beach’s best spots and restaurants. The host is also fantastic—quick to respond and very attentive to guest requests.

this was a perfect place for my group to stay at the beach during my birthday weekend. there was plenty of space for all 4 of us and our two pets! it was nice to be close to the beach. because it was a little south, the beach felt very private and the crowds were less than what i’m used to, which was great! thanks :)

Perfect for a one night stay

The property was located right off the main road and very easily accessible, lots of restaurants around. I wish there were pictures of the other bedroom as it has 2 sets bunk beds. It was in the description and that was my mistake of not reading it all. Overall it was wonderful and would definitely stay again.
