Drive 13 hours from queensland, got yelled at by drunk *u**s drinking on the deck next to the entrance while i was driving in to the motel, and they kept gobbing off while i was getting my key, got into my 1970s room, ate all the biscuits, had a terrible 4 hours sleep in that awful bed and left before the sun came up. Waste of 150, should have stayed in my van.

WiFi didn't exist. Could not use it at all. Being a major draw card when traveling, we will pay more to stay somewhere else that might spend the $100/month for an NBN service that works. Office closes at 15:00 which is wild.

Room is very run down

Room was very run down. Needed the carpet cleaned, red dirt very visible in the dark grey carpet. Lighting in the room is terrible. Bathroom cabinet needs to be replaced. These are the bad points. Good points, bed clean good price, most men would be comfortable but my lady was not happy.

Good spot in a tough environment.

Cobra is a long way from everything, so it's very comforting to arrive at a clean organized motel after a long hot drive, with friendly people running the show. Rooms are clean and comfy, and it's quiet, with a small pool. There's a really good restaurant/bar attached, with top notch pizzas and a decent hotel-like menu, and cold drinks. All in all very civilized. It's not my first rodeo in Cobar, but this is the best place I've stayed in Cobar so far. I recommend.

Very quite at night ..even nesr the highway ...the rooms are very bright and nice and dark at night.the air con wroks awrsome and i was not going to make it there by 7pm checkin so they organised my key still for the time i got there . 9/10 .be back again
