Value for money
This property represents value for money, and provides much space for a family of six. The pool, and having a town within walking distance, made for a pleasant stay. The terrace area, and living area, are great spaces, and the views over the town memorable.
Whilst the owner was able to respond to requests ie for additional towels it would have been helpful to have some written information about the house such as arrangements for recycling and how to keep the pool clean.
We were disappointed to discover the BBQ was dirty, a number of lightbulbs/lamps didn’t work, shower tray wouldn’t drain, and neither shower head would hook independently. Unfortunately the owner was unable to rectify these issues during our stay.
The property would certainly benefit from more attention to detail, such as better quality bed linen, and places in which to store/hang clothes (no cupboards, shelves, hanging rails or wardrobes upstairs) as well as addressing the concerns above, to make any stay beyond a couple of nights feel more comfortable.
