It was good proximity to everything. Parking was ok but had a lot to carry to and from car. It was very empty in the BNB. Could have used a rug or two. The futon was very hard and not comfy. The pillows were flat and only one blanket in the whole place. With the concrete it was kind of dirty on the floor. Nothing to make it cozy. Host did respond in a timely manner. Overall it worked for the occasion.

Host was very communicable. Unfortunately, the unit itself was very dirty. Regrettably, I didn't take pictures before hand. Every dish, cup, and utensil was dirty and had to be washed before use along with the counters and stove top. The floor was VERY dirty and quite sticky with no rugs anywhere. The toilet paper holder was broken and the bathroom in general wasn't very clean. The shower curtain was far too short and allowed water to flood the bathroom floor. Take slippers or slides with you!
