This VRBO experience was less than ideal, and while I recognize that Terrell is new to being a host, the basics were lacking. I will say the bed and pillows were very comfortable.Check-in instruction were never emailed to me.Directions from the parking lot to the building were unclear, and I ended up walking up and down the street unnecessarily carrying my luggage. I had to request WiFi information.Kitchen: No utensils, plates, cups. Baking/cooking supplies were there, but we had to purchase dishwashing soap/pods and sponge.Bathroom: Insufficient amount of towels for the number of guests registered; no trashcan, bath soap/shampoo or hair dryer. There was dried toothpaste and hair in the sink and on the counter when we first got there. The TV remote stopped working on the second day. We had to download a remote control app.The outside security lights behind the building are located next to the bedroom and living room windows. They remained on all night, and the unit was never dark. The biggest inconvenience was that it took several minutes every time we needed to lock or unlock the door using the keypad. While Terrell did bring more towels (that he needed to wash and dry in the machines in the unit) and some kitchen items on the afternoon of our second day there, there was no follow up on other matters that were brought to his attention. The overall experience was disappointing and frustrating.
