My staying in this Apt, I was terrible, we were supposed to get in the Apt. At 4pm we did not have any info. Or codes we did to many call to the property hosting and the management, we had to wait outside for like 3 hour to get inside the property, after that one of the rooms it was broken window and at the night it was very cold, insides that the Apt. Did not have heat. We call them many times, but they never answered the phone and they did not care to fix the heat, so am I am very disappointed.

We were really looking forward to that massage chair, unfortunately we were never given the check in code so we could not access the property once we arrived. We were not able to contact the host and neither could vrbo customer care. After driving 21 hours we were very upset this happened. Vrbo did refund us thankfully. Save yourself the trouble and don’t book here.

Apartment is at a great location! It is clean and plenty of room for a family of 5. Apartment does need maintenance but overall was a good area to stay in.

Nice apartment

This location was nice easy access to the freeway. It was nice that the kids had their own sleeping space. The massage chair was a nice bonus to our stay. The window in the master bedroom was detached from the building. You could stick your hand outside between the frame and the wall. This made the freeway noise pretty loud. There also seemed to be crumbs in the master bed. We had to clean off the sheets before we went to bed. Not the best, but not the worst.

Nice Quiet Place

The apartment was just as the description implied. It was a nice place in a quiet complex. Bed was comfortable and having an on site washing machine and dryer was great! The host responded to my messages quickly at check in. Overall it was a good place to stay and was what I needed for my time there!
