The room is perfect. Getting the upgrade with a balcony was a very nice thing the hotel did for us. My husband cand walk long distances and needed a room by the elevator. The room service is top notch and the food is phenomenal. Everyone treated us fantastic.

Very disappointed

No hot water in the room so left without taking a shower. The response from the desk attendant was that she would notify engineering. Also, was woken at 7am by construction noise from storage room next door where sheetrock was being installed. The hotel was virtually empty so why put us in a room next to this? No apology or offer of compensation from desk attendant. No response to an email sent to management. Very disappointed.
