This newly renovated property sleeps a maximum of 12. It features a fenced in backyard, grill, fire-pit, front porch, sunroom, tv's in every room, large living room, full coffee bar and full kitchen.

Getting Around:
You are welcome to park two vehicles on the concrete in front of suite A, and in the summer time parking is available on the street! Do not park in the street in the winter, you will receive a parking ticket.

Interaction with Guests:
I am only a call or text away! I am normally always in town, if I am not I will always have a cohost available for emergencies.

Our family loved this space. We were there for our Father’s funeral. The kids loved the upstairs space. Clean and tidy, everything we needed in the kitchen. Only downside are the doors in the rooms that share the patio did not close tightly and cold air was flowing into the rooms and they were quite cold. However, we will return. Home was perfect size and perfect location for our family wedding we were in town for! The nice sized backyard was great with the firepit for our family to all gather together and celebrate! Our hosts were excellent with communication and accommodating a slughtly early checkin. Would definitely stay there again!!

Host was very attentive and quick to respond to questions. The house was really spacious, and the children absolutely loved the upstairs bedroom and "Kid Cave!" The only issue we had was that the hardwood floor wasn't maybe cleaned well (our feet got a bit dirty), and there were crumbs from a toaster. But overall, it was a fantastic stay -- plenty of linens, towels, TVs, comfortable beds, etc. There was a firepit with chairs outside and S'mores fixings set up in the kitchen. There is plenty of space for kids to run around, and the kitchen/dining area is great. Plenty of outdoor access throughout the house via patio doors and regular doors.

We had a great time! The location is perfect, close to the bike trail and close enough to downtown to walk to restaurants and Cops and Doughnuts. Lots of common space for groups and the beds are really comfortable. The hostess responded to questions immediately and was great to work with. This will be our go to house for our next trip to Clare.
