It is an apartment of about 85 square meters with two livable terraces, very nice, nice and tastefully furnished. It is located on the first floor of a building with a lift and parking for condominiums. There are two double bedrooms: one, the main one, furnished with a Frau leather bed and fitted with a custom cabinet, while the other one has a double sofa bed. It is ideal for hosting a couple with two children.
Bathroom with shower and large living room with kitchen equipped with everything needed for preparing meals. There is also an espresso coffee machine for breakfast!
The apartment has air conditioning and underfloor heating which gives the house an extraordinary warmth in the colder months.
The neighborhood, very close to the center of Civitanova Marche, is full of all services, there are pharmacies and bars just below the house together with the bus stop. It is equipped with all the comforts needed to live your ideal stay ... and if this is not the case, I am available to fulfill your every request!I wait for you!
