We had an amazing stay at Es Mirador Hotel. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Ciutadella, just a short walk to the historic center. The atmosphere is cozy and peaceful, making it the perfect escape for couples looking to relax and enjoy a quiet retreat. Everything about our experience was wonderful, and we can’t wait to return in the future!

Bon réceptif et bien situé.

L’hôtel se trouve à côté du port, place des bus et de la cathédrale, bon point de départ pour visiter ciutadella. Activité bruyante autour de l’hôtel mais fenêtre et chambre bien insonorisés. équipement SMART TV Bon réceptif, j ai passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel.

Wir kamen vormittags an der Unterkunft an, haben geklingelt und wurden von einem sehr freundlichen Herrn und einer Dame empfangen. Aufs Zimmer konnten wir zwar noch nicht (was uns eigentlich auch klar war), aber das Gepäck konnten wir im Büro stehen lassen. Der Check-In-Prozess verlief sehr freundlich und vor allem sehr schnell. Als wir am Nachmittag auf dem Zimmer angekommen waren, stand unser Gepäck sogar schon dort. Das WLAN funktionierte gut, das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber. Nur unter dem Nachttisch habe ich zum Beispiel mal ein paar Spinnweben entdeckt, aber nichts schlimmes. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und man konnte sie gut mit einer Fernbedienung einstellen. Was für mich im Bad fehlte, war eine Toilettenbürste. Das hat mich etwas gestört. So etwas gehört für mich eigentlich zur Grundausstattung dazu. Als ich das Personal danach fragen wollte, war leider niemand erreichbar. Das Zimmer im ersten Stock war sehr ruhig, weil das Fenster gut isoliert ist. Hätte man es nachts offen gelassen, wäre es in einer Nacht sehr laut gewesen, weil Jugendliche vor einem in der Nachbarschaft gelegenen Club viel Lärm machten. Im Cami de sa Farola, der ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt ist, gibt es gute und kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Es gab eine Dachterrasse, auf der man Wäsche aufhängen konnte. Im Treppenhaus liegen kostenlose Äpfel und Strandunterlagen für die Gäste bereit. Ich würde in diesem Hotel wieder Urlaub machen.
