Positive reviews: beds are very comfortable. Personal is friendly. We had to prolong our stay and they were very helpful. Cleaning service is very nice and friendly. Room and bathroom are good size. Very close(walking distance) to American consulate and plaza. Free breakfast. In overall, good and safe place to stay. Need to improve: carpet smells. Internet connection, breakfast was very salty most of the days, need to add toast, yougurt, cereal, granola, waffles. Add coffee all day 😊 not just for breakfast. Maybe open a deli restaurant for lunch and dinner.

El hotel está un poco descuidado. Toallas del baño muy viejas y el desayuno que ofrecen ni dan ganas de tomarlo. La gente amable, sin duda, pero tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad, aparte que tuvimos que esperar para que nuestra reservación se viera reflejada en el sistema.

Overall it was an okay stay. Breakfast is good, you just have to get there early in order to get a table, the staff was nice, only thing I couldn’t stand was the stank all over the hallway and inside room. It was a funky smell I’m not sure if it was the carpet but OMGGGGG horrible.
