This is a beautiful, comfortable and very bright apartment, with a small side garden equipped with a set of chairs, a table and a Paraguayan hammock. It is superbly located just one block from downtown, the heart of the City Bell neighborhood, and just 2 from the train station and bus stops. The apartment is equipped with Internet (WiFi), cable TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels.
The apartment has an independent entrance and a small side garden. It is located between a boutique Hotel and a "Patagonia" brewery. The neighborhood is super quiet and safe.
