It is an entire place in which you will have full access to the entire home (except the basement) and its amenities. This is self-check-in through a smart lock system. The access code will be sent to you prior to your check-in day, which also includes all other check-in reminders and instructions.

I will be hands on and/or off as required.

Please be respectful of the check in and out times, we need that time to thoroughly clean between each guest and ensure the house is ready for the next guest.

We encourage our guests to treat the home as their own. Any oversight will lead to fees as follows:

Party violation: $1,000
Smoking violation: market rate depending on cleaning service for removal
Unauthorized guests: $100 per person
Unregistered pets: $750 per pet
Tampering of security devices: $1000
Deep cleaning: market rate depending on cleaning service
Pet fee (per pet per night): $150

Late check-out
Unauthorized check-out time of 10:00 AM - $50 LCO fee charged
Unauthorized check-out time of 11:00 AM - $100 LCO fee charged
Unauthorized check-out time of 12:00 PM - $150 LCO fee charged + $Daily Rental Rate
Unauthorized check-out time of 1:00 PM - $200 LCO fee charged + $Daily Rental Rate

Before checkout please:
-Strip all bedsheets and place them into the hamper.
-Place all dirty dishes, etc. into dishwasher and start it.
-Take out trash.
