Fire alarms not connected, bath tub like an ice ring, light bulbs missing, extension cords ln walkways, saddle between bath and hall missing, TV work only with personal apps, no local or commercial TV stations, walkways and steps leading to entrance in disrepair, rugs curled at corners.Not a place for seniors or families.

The apartment was in a nice neighborhood but was close to many of the great Cincinnati attractions
The apartment was comfortable but more suited to a family with teens or younger children versus 2 couples as the living room had limited seating and the upstairs bedroom had no door and would offer limited privacy
The apartment is a good value especially if you’re looking for a quiet residential neighborhood to stay in

The neighborhood was nice (there are many beautiful homes in the area) and safe. The apartment was spacious; we didn't feel cramped or claustrophobic. The location was great for the things we wanted to do.
