Sunshine house is cozy and central to coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, Kings Island, ATP and voices of America! Two large bedrooms, one and a half baths with huge private FULLY fenced yard and a great patio for relaxing and entertaining. Handicap Accessible, fireplace and large eat in kitchen with laundry and dedicated office/work space! Too many amenities and FULLY stocked - just bring your clothes. Really a special home!

Fantastic Property and Location

Everything was as described. Great location (remember there is a street light on the power pole in front of house, I missed the driveway couple times). Commutation was exceptional. Will definitely book again if needed.

Dog Sport Trip

We came to Ohio for dog sports competition. The host approved the additional dog (for a fee). The house was exactly what we expected. The beds were comfy, the living room was perfect for relaxing before bed. We had to hand wash a few pots and silverware.
