Five of us stayed in this brand new hotel during Cincinati Open. Beautiful and brand new hotel, most quiet room and very helpful staff. My mom didn’t want to stay in room by herself so the staff helped change the booking with no issues to accommodate family stay. Best stay in Cincinnati.

Brand new hotel in downtown Cincinnati. Beautifully designed, functional, spacious rooms, all clean and stuff most helpful. I booked a weekend for 5 family members, we were located next to each other. I initially booked 4 rooms but mom decided she didn't want to be alone in room because of recent stroke, the hotel staff cancelled one of the rooms with no issues and fees. We had two cars and the valet services were quick and professional. We had a wonderful stay and if we go back to tennis tournament, I will stay at Fidelity Hotel.
