This three bedroom home is situated on almost an acre of waterfront property on the closed Christina Lake Marina property. Located only 40 minutes from Red and Phoenix Mountain, with world class cross country skiing just 20-30 minutes away! Fish for trout right off of the wharf and there is also a 14' aluminum fish boat, kayaks and a canoe included. The lake lake freezes over some winters in January and February, and yes you can ice fish! Large covered deck, fire pit, barbeque and 2021 Nissan Murano all wheel drive available. Just 20 minutes to Grand Forks BC with all amenities.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.
