**Review for Sugar Beach Resort – St. Croix, USVI**

I was unable to stay at this property due to issues with check-in and communication from the host. After weather-related travel delays, I arrived late and could not access the unit. The entry code I received in advance did not work, and by the time an updated code was sent, I had already made other arrangements. Unfortunately, there was no assistance available on site, and response from the host came too late. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of support, follow-up, and overall experience. I cannot recommend this property based on my experience with the check-in process and communication.
