The unit was recently renovated and has every amenity you can think of (Wifi, quite Eco-Friendly Spilt A/C units in all rooms, an executive desk, and an extended private deck with a Propane Grill). The property still retains a rich architectural history, infused with modern touches throughout. It has been a cultural gem over the years attracting, executives across the globe, hosting exclusive events, and private villa rentals.
