Large, Gated private cottage with sweeping ocean views in tranquil setting

Welcome to our 3 acre gated estate. Centrally located just out side of historic Christiansted in the foot hills . This lovely, well appointed cottage offers a large covered veranda with sweeping 180 degree views that will have you in awe.
The views include Buck Island, Green Cay, the marina, mountains and surrounding farms with goats, donkeys and horses. On a clear day you can even see the distant British Virgin Islands.
Whether it be after a full day of exploring our wonderful island and dining out at our many wonderful restaurants or choosing to stay in and BBQ with a glass of wine and the view, the tranquility of this cottage location will beg you to relax, let go and enjoy.
The comforts of the cottage have been set up to make you feel welcome and comfortable, inside and out. The kitchen is well appointed with the basic appliances and a few extras. The furniture and decor have been recently redone and we have tried to think of little extra's that might make your stay easier and more enjoyable.

The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, a safe, and a dining table.

Great ocean view home with excellent customer service

Property is well maintained and the view is the beautiful hilltop view overlooking Buck Island. All the sliding glass doors that open up allow the house to feel as if you were sitting outside. Pool table was a big plus for the young adults. The outside pool was well maintained. The house is well set up and the service is great. The property manager will meet you at the airport and escort you to the property so no worries about finding the location. They will explain all the functions of the house and communication for any issue was just a quick text away with an immediate responses from the property manager.

Perfection

Estate Green Cay delivers even beyond what it promises. The property has expansive views in all directions from a beautiful porch; the smaller villa in which we stayed is clean, everything works, and every room is charming, well-appointed and spacious; the hosts, Bryan and Kim McCracken, are knowledgeable, generous and fun -- I can imagine being friends with them. As our flight arrived late, they even helped us out by buying breakfast supplies for our first morning and letting us reimburse them--truly gracious hosts. It would be hard to imagine a more ideal place to spend a week on St. Croix: go.

Wow what a view!

From the first bit of communication, and through the whole process, check in, check out the service provided was top notch. Liz the prop manager is great. Thank you again. The place is very clean and comfortable and close to whatever I needed. Then there’s the view!!! Words or even pictures can’t explain paradise you will have to come, I will recommend this property to friends and family, I hope to be back this winter.
