Having the water just beyond the condo area was so nice. Coffee and filters were already on hand. Host was great at communicating.Overall, the setting was better than we anticipated.

The place was as the picture show. Walked off the patio and we were right on the beach. It was easy to communicate. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Earl even went over to the condo to check and see if there were spices in condiments. The location was perfect for Christiansted. The best part was just being able to sit out on the patio in the mornings with coffee and in the evenings to sit and enjoy the sound of the Caribbean. Would definitely consider staying there again.

What a perfect spot for our family! We came on Christmas Day and left on 12/30/25. We rented a car but also used the local Uber app (can't remember the name) which was reliable and worth it for "those" nights. The beds, shower towels, Beach towels, furniture, showers, kitchen etc were all clean. Being able to have breakfast on the patio every day was amazing. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked for the several meals we cooked at home. The freezer is cold with plenty of ice cube trays. The manager was very responsive, friendly and prompt! We didn't use the AC once bc we were able to keep everything open when we were out and about and there are plenty of fans (box/ceiling/oscillating) so sleep was great listening to the waves. I'd say if you have someone in your group that requires luxury amenities, this isn't that. But if you're down to earth, go with the flow, happy to be in the islands..it'll suit you just fine. We would definitely rent here again. PS - go drink beer with the pigs!

Not as expected but still had a great time

I didn't mind the sargasm because I knew that was a possibility. The door frame was broken upon arrival so we were unable to lock our unit. The TV never worked even though someone came out to work on the WI-FI. The WI-FI didn't work for the 1st couple of days.There were cockroaches and ants found in the unit. The back porch floods when it rains so there is water damage.My family was able to have a great time and go to many beautiful beaches. We still made the best of it!

Check in was supposed to be at 3, but the cleaners were not finished until almost 4. The a.c. in one bedroom wasn't working and while it was addressed swiftly, it still wasn't ever fixed. There is next to nothing when it comes to supplies for cooking in house and the pool area itself is nice, but the grill there was terrible. Mahogany birds are expected on island, but actually roaches in the kitchen drawers are not. I hope the new owner takes the time to actually clean up and repair this place because the potential is there, but for what is being charged as is, it is not good.
