Staff were awesome. Shower was awesome. Wifi was terrible!! Bed was comfy, road noise wasn't bad considering it is right on a main street. But I didn't feel comfortable leaving windows open right on the main street. The place is fine. It's a bit more old/tired than it looks in the photos. Wifi is the biggest issue and would stop me from staying there again.

This property is well located on Riccarton road. Our two bedroom Unit was clean and warm.The car park is small, with tight parking that fills quickly. I was travelling with my two children and requested at reception for them to have two beds rather than it made up as a queen bed. The staff member informed me I should have done this at booking and charged me $30 extra to do this. I politely answered that, as I had two children on the booking, I didn’t think I’d need to do this. He replied ‘Well, most families top and tail their children’. Ok….. Anyway, it was a nice place to stay, clean and dry. Be aware, Christchurch comes alive on the weekends with Boy racers and staying on Riccarton road can be noisy, I’ve stayed elsewhere before and encountered the same issue. Not unique to this property, just a Christchurch in general issue.

Bed was terribly uncomfortable, and room backs onto Riccarton Road which is extremely noisy. If you want to be able to sleep its best to pick another place to stay or request a room on the other side of the property.
