The staff at the front desk make this already beautiful hotel even better! The customer service was amazing you get welcomed every time you enter and exit and the lounge area is very relaxing. I lost my phone in a Didi and the 3 young staff at the front desk went out their way to ring up places to help locate it. We had a minor issue with our hotel room and they were quick to give us an upgrade which we appreciate very much. We stayed on the highest floor, the view was spectacular and the room was very well maintained with cleaners coming in very often. Management does their job very well! Everyone is kind at Tianya Wuxi and me and my brother would definitely book this place again! Thank you very much everyone you made our first time Chongqing experience a 1000/10

Excellent emplacement (metro au pied de l'immeuble ainsi que Raffles City). Toutes les commodités a côté. Magnifique vue depuis la Chambre. Nous avions une avec terrasse. Personnel attentionné. Nous recommandons. L'accès n'est pas simple (grande tour. L'hôtel est au 27eme) mais très calme. Tous les accessoires nécessaires dans la chambre.

Eine wahre Perle!!! Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und würde selber jederzeit wieder hierher kommen. Die Lage ist hervorragend (direkt neben Metro), die Aussicht fantastisch, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit, die Zimmer wunderschön.
