On a eu l impression de deranger

Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© par le biais de hĂŽtel.com comme nous allions au puy du fou. Le b&b n'est qu'Ă  26 kms donc nickel. La remise des clefs Ă©tant entre 18h et 21h, nous avions tĂ©lĂ©phonĂ© le matin mĂȘme Ă  partir de 9h pour voir s'il Ă©tait possible d'avoir la remise des clefs avant exceptionnellement. Nous avons appelĂ© au moins 10 fois, sachant que le petit dĂ©jeunĂ© Ă©tait jusqu'Ă  9h30 ça pouvait le faire. Personne n'a daignĂ© nous rĂ©pondre. La propriĂ©taire nous a appelĂ© vers 12h et nous a prĂ©cisĂ© qu'il fallait que l'on vienne rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clefs vers 19h et qu'elle se couchait Ă  21h30. Que le matin elle se levait Ă  6h30. Madame Ă©tait fatiguĂ©e semble t il!!!. Elle s'est plainte des personnes qui rĂ©servaient via le site expĂ©dia.Mais madame si vous n'avez pas envie de travailler et bien restez au lit. Nous avons dĂ» ressortir du parc pour aller chercher les clefs.Pas trĂšs cool. La maison est grande certes, mais un bazar pas possible, vous avez plein de draps et autres qui pendent sur la barriĂšre!!! A notre grande surprise, le lits n'Ă©tait mĂȘme pas fait le lendemain matin, les torchons tels quels. Nous avons fait beaucoup de b&b et Ă  chaque jour le mĂ©nage Ă©tait fait. Au niveau rĂ©glementation il est dit que les lits doivent ĂȘtre fait!!!. Le petit dĂ©jeunĂ©, oui 1 croissant frais et du pain frais. Les crĂȘpes et pancakes ce n'est pas du fait maison!!! aucun dĂ©faut!!aucun fromage et jambon comme sur la photo. Personne antipathique et dĂ©sagrĂ©able.
