Not the best one I’ve chosen,

Room was small, no air conditioning so had to try to sleep with window open. People smoking and talking outside until early hours of morning so very little sleep. There was an odour which we believe was coming from full rubbishy the bins close by.

Apart le resto qui est standard et on mange bien et correctement je n’ai pas aimé l’hotel. Une chambre minuscule, salle de bain aussi, couleur chocolate triste avec un odeur épouvantable dans le couloir, heureusement l’equipe était sympa et j’ai resté qu’une nuit. Je ne reviens pas avant une grande rénovation de chambres

Kyriad-Cholet, relaxing value for money experience

All I can say is that my experience of staying at the Kyriad hotel in Cholet was exceptional. The staff, particularly the young lady on the reception, could not have been more welcoming, friendly, and helpful, a credit to this hotel. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone who intended visiting Cholet, for whatever reason, to stay here. Great value for money, lovely food, and convenient for exploring the area around Cholet generally.

Très gentil et serviable,le soucis de double paiement pris sur mon Ccp et Kyriad ne voulait pas rembourser ,hôtels com très compliquer a joindre et incohérence dans la démarche a suivre très dessus de cette mésaventure !!

Est-ce vraiment un hôtel 2 étoiles ?

Accueil moyen, l'hôtesse semble perdue. Notre chambre se trouve au RDC dans un couloir qui aurait bien besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement. La chambre est suffisamment grande et la literie à le mérite d'être confortable mais l'entretien laisse à désirer: toiles d'araignée sur les appliques au dessus du lit, épaisse poussière sur le dessus du meuble, miroir salle d'eau vraiment dégoûtant... Le descriptif de la chambre indiquait un sèche cheveux et une bouilloire or rien du tout ! L'épaisseur des murs est tellement fine qu'on pourrait avoir une discussion avec les voisins ! Le rideau occultant n'occulte rien du tout (lumière du parking toute la nuit) On peut tout de même accorder un petit déjeuner convenable à cet hôtel malgré un tarif qui reste élevé ! Bref une expérience que nous ne renouvellerons pas.
