My window/balcony was 7 metres away from a major construction site that was banging and drilling from as early as 7.40 am to 20.00 hrs. There was also no room safe or satellite tv as promised in the inventory. Wifi was poor and intermittent. On the positive side , the pool and gym were ok and there is a supermarket next door. I wouldn’t go back but I guess if you are a backpacker in your 20s on a budget then it may suit you

To start off, I am not a very picky person when it comes to hotel/accommodations. All I ask for is a clean place to stay that is as advertised. Well, this place was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. First of all, it was not clean. There were stains on our sheets and towels on arrival. There was hair visibly in the shower drain. Couch was dusty (yes actual dust lol). But the real kicker for me was the abundance of hidden fees. We were halfway through our trip in Thailand when I was notified by message that I would be expected to pay the power bill as well as a hefty cleaning fee on arrival. So when you check in they require a deposit for these things. I found this super dishonest as they purposefully wait until after booking to make you aware of this, conveniently after it is too late for me to cancel my stay with full refund. And for the service and cleanliness we received? Not worth it one bit. Also, don’t be fooled by the cleaning fee, they will actually not clean your room, stock things like toilet paper, change bath towels. We were there for 7 nights and I had to use the same towel the entire week or pay a fee for a new clean one. I asked to borrow a broom at one point to sweep the room myself and was refused even that. I asked what the cleaning fee was for and it was for AFTER we had checked out. The pool although a good layout, is completely falling apart. They do not take care of this property or guests. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Mycket fina och fräsha rum! Ligger bra till och nära stranden, ligger även precis breved en resturang som heter Audy som var riktigt bra! Däremot gick vår AC sönder dem 3 sista dagarna, vi fick då en fläkt istället.

Rummt var i gott skick och det var rent och fint vid in-checkning. Dock ingick inget städ vilket vi betalade extra för. Även balkongen matchade inte förväntningarna. Pool området på taket var toppen, även läget på boendet var super bra. Personalen i receptionen kändes tyvärr inte så härliga eller välkomnande.

I stayed here for 9 days solo, was a great experience. The room was clean and everything was explained well to me on arrival including the fact that they charge for electricity, the ladies were very helpful, and there’s a security guard on site during the evenings who also very kind. The washing machine worked well, I used it 3/4 times, make sure to ask how to switch the water on during your guided tour when you arrive. The air conditioning was fantastic and worked well, just remember to switch it off when you’re not in the room. The TV took some detective work lol I had to find and Instal the device in the draws under the TV to get it to work, but once it did I was able to watch Netflix etc, just takes a little work. It’s a safe area as a solo female traveler I walked around in the evenings with ease and there’s a Tops (kinda like 7/11) right next door that’s open 24/7 overall it was a great stay, would recommend and stay again myself, the overall cost of the electric was around eight hundred bear in mind that’s over the course of nine days with me using the washing machine a few times and occasionally leaving the air-conditioning on 24/7. The deposit five thousand which you get back at the end of your stay, they deduct your electric costs from that, and there’s also a cleaning fee that’s non refundable. They communicated really well and Whatsapped me all these details before my stay started. And you can use that WhatsApp to ask any extra questions during your stay.

We appreciate the reception and the property. The area is walkable, touristry, and a bit expensive. But the overall beauty is worth it with the rooftop pool and several beaches nearby. For the rooms, they are clean with good wifi and awesome showers. The balconies offer great views. The walls are fairly thin and you can hear your neighbor's activity.
