"I paid for a room with private Bathroom. The first room they took us was all dirty (not clean at all), then took us to another room and the doorknob I opened it with my finger that’s how bad the frame of the door is, broken window, big whole in the ceiling, the room floor have a crack in the middle of the room that goes through under the bed. Considering your in the mountains any insect could get in. Dirty Towels, no light or wifi as they say they have, old pillows & blankets, No water in the shower and sometimes comes a little and is just cold. don’t expect any warm water. They changed my room for the second time and there was no water in the shower. They take at least an hour to bring you a sandwich or a simple omelette. I would recommend to do the private room and shared bathroom or just the hostel sharing room with other tourists. Is not worth it to pay for the “private room with bathroom”. Employees are a bunch on immatures kids too that just talk and laugh so have patience and remember where you are. The pool, the view is amazing but don’t stay here Oasis looks like a better option. First time i give a bad reviews to a property and it is just because you can find yourself in the middle of nowhere without an option of finding transportation to leave. "
