Garth Cottage is a beautifully and lovingly refurbished Cotswold holiday cottage which sleeps four guests, in two well-appointed bedrooms, with two spacious bathrooms. On the ground floor you have a stylish, contemporary kitchen/dining room with beamed ceiling and flagstone flooring, and a cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove. The garden boasts outdoor table and seating; a private and enclosed space to enjoy all year round. Garth Cottage is a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for two medium sized dogs, and is also within walking distance of Chipping Campden itself.

We loved our stay at Garth Cottage with the convenient location to walk to a choice of restaurants and shops but far enough away to chill and relax in the secluded garden. Amazing stay!

What a beautiful house Garth Cottage is. The house is immaculate, with beautiful and cosy bedrooms, and really comfortable beds. The downstairs has a great open kitchen with utility and a very comfortable living room with a big sofa. The house is well stocked with facilities, coffee machines etc. Finally, special mention for host Bex, who's communication was fantastic throughout. Brilliant host who has spent time and care making the house a very enjoyable stay.

We stayed at Garth Cottage as a family of three and couldn’t be happier. The big kitchen and large beds as well as the lovely decoration and furnishings made us feel at home from the start. This was easily on of the best accommodations we stayed in so far also thanks to Bex who was a lovely host.

Very comfortable cottage which is conveniently placed in pretty Chipping Camden where there is a wealth of cafes, pubs and restaurants as well as a delightful deli and bakery. A great places to base ourselves for our winter break in the Cotswolds. The accommodation was warm and spotlessly clean and we are already planning a return visit and recommending it to close friends for their spring break too.

Weekend getaway

An ideal location to enjoy a break in the Cotswolds. The cottage has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a generous size, and the living room is very comfortable to relax in. Walking distance to many places to eat in Chipping Campden, as well as the local boutique shops. As we were there in winter wet weather we didn’t spend time in the courtyard garden, but was good to have an enclosed space to let the dogs out.

The house itself has been beautifully decorated throughout, with seasonal touches that make you really feel at home. The location is excellent: close enough to the high street but not busy, and the parking is a massive bonus. Communication with the owner was really easy; Bex was always quick to respond to any questions, and always very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyable stay

Overall it was a 5 out of 5, and good value. Everything was clean, fresh, and well prepared for our stay. The owner was totally responsive to our needs, even replaced the coffee machine within hours from when we reported an issue. Being 100 steps from High Street was perfect! The beds were very comfortable. However if there was one thing that was not perfect, our group all agreed it was the sitting furniture in the lounge. While it appeared to be comfortable in the photos, our experience was very different. It just turned out to be a room we couldn’t be comfortable to enjoy. Putting that single issue aside, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
