They have bed bugs in room 125. Daughter-in-law and grandbaby ended up sleeping in my room and didn't give her her money back.

There was a bed bug in the bed. When I went up there to ask for my money back they went down there in look at the room they since a baby throw up a little bit on the sheets they could not give me my money back n there was nothing else wrong or used n that room

The convenience, the cleanliness, the staff, and all around conditions I give it a four star. The price is good and I would recommend this hotel to anybody that need a good room to stay in.

It’s somewhere to lay your head; however, the floor had water damage and was coming up as we walked over it. There were stains all over the walls. Bed linens smelled of strong bleach.

It's an old hotel and the rooms have not been updated we walked in our room and it stunk like something was sour like they used dirty cleaning supplies and the bedding was badly stained

The staff was extremely friendly and professional for the time of year that I went there it was a nice quiet location. There’s a couple things that can probably improve on some of the flooring was lifting up a little bit, but for the price and the location, I can’t complain.

Dirty room that smelled, sheets were dirty. Lots of road noise. Towels had holes in them. We asked the cleaning lady for disinfecting spray to clean something and she didn’t have any on her cart and had to go find some - which seems like a big red flag that things aren’t getting cleaned between people. Dogs were $25 each so they cost more than the room itself.

Chipley stay

I always have a great stay here and I like the rooms. This last time kind of made me upset because I was basically accused of stealing towels in which I would never do. Especially since I am a repeat customer and this is the location I prefer to stay when I'm in Chipley. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay as always.
