Our hosts were very accommodating from the time we arrived, while we were there, and after we left. The breakfast was an added bonus, and the beautiful country setting was just what we were looking for. Located nearby all of the local springs, hiking trails, parks, and hearing the wolves howl from the nearby sanctuary were amazing to here at night while we were enjoying the hot tub. We’ll definitely be back the next time we head up that way. Karla and I really enjoyed Chocolate’s hospitality!

Cute place, we arrived very late. We showed up to no tp. It was too late to message them. There was a port a potty, so took tge TP. There was a leak from the roof in the bathroom and with two units showing at the same time no warm water, also no trash bags.

We had a wonderful stay. Sherri and David were kind and welcoming. The room was clean and had welcoming touches that we appreciated. The breakfast was delicious. The hot tub was super clean and well maintained. We were so happy to find such an amazing place that was able to accommodate our dogs as well. My daughters loved the chickens and the turkey. We plan to stay again when we are in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nicer than the pictures. We especially loved the breakfast provided each morning with the fresh fruit and breakfast casserole. We have no complaints and will definitely stay again. The hosts are super nice and.accommodating. 5 stars and more!

Excellent!

The place is beautiful and so comfortable. Sherri and David could not have been kinder or more accommodating and flexible. They were responsive to our every need, going way above and beyond anything I could have expected! The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, we were there for only one night and were not able to take advantage of all the amenities they offer. Now I'm hoping I can find another reason to go to Chipley, just so I can stay here again. I could not possibly recommend more highly.

Great location for Seacreast Wolf Preserve, Chipley Watermelon Festival, even went to the Coast.

We were expecting a off beaten path location because where the Wolf preserve was but this was prefect , they have a private use of the hot tub and enclosed pool that was spectacular from the hot summer heat, the breakfast was such a treat from most places we have stayed before, this was a great couple who love’s hospitality and we were so Thankful for there places they have opened up to travelers. We will definitely be back.

Definitely staying again!!!

Sherri and David were just amazing we had a great stay. To short! But it was just perfect for the kids they were so welcoming we had dinner( chicken pot pie) completely homemade and so so so good everything fresh and delicious homemade desserts cinnamon rolls butter shaped like butterflies in the morning on our pancakes they were very hospitable!!! If we needed anything they were there to help . Sweet people and will definitely stay again the place is so cute. Thx for a great stay!

Man were these host terrific. They really went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Everything was very clean and felt very much home like. The decor and amenities were excellent. The pool and hot tub made the kiddos very happy! They were so generous, genuine and truly kind people we will be back. I hope they see this is really understand how wonderful our trup was with them as a part of it. We spent 1 day at holmes creek canoe at the fresh water spring 15 minutes away and the next at Panama beach about 40 minutes away. If you are looking for a great place to stay with some great host look no further!

Anniversary getaway

1. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary weekend at this charming bed and breakfast, where we were treated to exquisite homemade desserts that truly delighted our taste buds.
