All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure maximum comfort throughout the year. The furniture is studied and cared for in detail to offer comfort like in a hotel. Each room has its own peculiarity, with different colors and wallpaper to make each room unique. There are 6 bedrooms in total: two singles and 4 doubles, all with private bathrooms. The pearl of this building is the San Giacomo mini suite “look and play”, one of the double rooms located on the top floor, equipped, unlike the others, with a small but super equipped kitchen; but the most suggestive feature of this penthouse is the private terrace, a corner of paradise from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city's rooftops. An ideal place to relax and enjoy the views of Chioggia in complete tranquility.
In addition, guests can take advantage of the extra cuddle: breakfast served directly in the room, to start the day in total comfort. On the ground floor, there is a shared kitchen available to guests, useful for preparing and heating their own dishes during their stay or to spend moments of conviviality.
