After seeing mixed reviews I had been concerned but for the price we paid this place is amazing. We were lucky to have been upgraded to a 2 bedroom apt, which I would book first time if we came again as see that the one bed would be small for 4. It had everything we needed (except a fan) Like everyone else who stayed whilst the weather was around 35 degrees, we struggled with the heat and no air con, had to sleep with the bedroom door open (we had a ground floor apartment but it felt safe). It would have been nice if they could have provided fans.

Lovely Loire valley spot

The location was wonderful, the view of Chinon castle was spectacular, central loire valley location in a medieval town with a busy Centreville and close to amenities. The pool was great, as was the balcony overlooking all. The unit was well appointed and large enough. A little tired but it was what i expected for a holiday spot geared towards families. All in all a great stay.

Amazing value for money and location. Really well equipped apartments, spacious balcony and comfy beds. Kitchen didn't have any spare space for storing shopping to make the most of the self catering aspect, but we worked around it. Our apartment overlooked the car park but in fact, it was really quiet, not overlooked by other guests and our balcony had a grear view of the fortress.

La résidence est idéalement située, cependant le ménage dans l appartement n’était pas fait correctement et la machinerie de la piscine en face de celui ci rendait l environnement très bruyant la nuit.

Résidence bien située pour visiter la ville

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet établissement et avons apprécié la très grande gentillesse des différentes personnes qui nous ont accueillis (arrivée et départ, petits déjeuners...) Je suis cependant dubitative sur la demande qui nous est faite de laver notre vaisselle avant le départ : l'appartement ne dispose ni d'éponge, ni de liquide vaisselle ni de torchon...contrairement aux autres résidences où nous avions pu séjourner auparavant. Nous avons passé l'aspirateur (à disposition) mais comment laver les verres utilisés lors d'un séjour de courte durée, sans la matériel approprié ? Les autres usagers ont-ils juste passé un coup d'eau claire et séché à l'aide de leur linge de toilette ? (beurk !) Pas rassurant sur l'hygiène... nous nous sommes quant à nous abstenus... Pas de savon non plus ni gel douche dans la salle d'eau, dommage.

Excellent accueil. Apparthotel spacieux avec une chambre séparée .Grande terrasse et parking gratuit . A 5 minutes à pied du centre médiéval de Chinon . Nous avons essayé le petit-déjeuner qui était très sympa .

Un week-end de 3 jours pour découvrir Chinon et ses alentours. Tout le monde a adoré ! La résidence est bien placée, tout confort, le personnel est adorable. La piscine fut très appréciable vu le temps. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !
