Very quiet and bright holiday villa, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, located in a quiet and pleasant area. La Barrosa beach is 10 minutes away by car.
Maximum capacity is for six people.
EQUIPMENT
The main bedroom is spacious, it has a double bed and built-in wardrobe. The other two bedrooms also have built-in wardrobes, one of them has two single beds and the other one has a pull-out bed. There is a large lounge-diner and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is a chimney for the colder winter months.
The exterior area of the house is a great place to enjoy the days with family and friends, enjoying the sunshine which Chiclana provides almost year round.
LOCATION
The location is great, less than five minutes by car from the beaches of La Barrosa and Sancti Petri. It takes around 10 minutes to get to the centre of Chiclana.
Within walking distance from the house you will find a commercial centre with shops, bars and a chemist.
Five minutes in the car will get you to various large supermarkets.
