It is on the first floor and has everything you need for your stay. It has a large terrace with outdoor tables and chairs.

Inside there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a well equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay (microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, kitchenware ....).

There is a complete bathroom with bathtub. The living room has TV, air conditioning and dining area, with direct access to the terrace, ideal for summer evenings.

It has private parking and WiFi connection.

It is located in a very good area, a few minutes from the beach, just 1.5 km from the beach of La Barrosa, near the center of Chiclana and close to Novo Sancti Petri.

At the same time, it is close to beautiful and well known beaches such as Playa de Sancti Petri, Playa de Camposoto, Playa del Puerco, Playa de la Fontanilla .... etc. where you can enjoy the sun or water sports. Also close to golf courses, karting circuit, or marina.

At 60.8 km from Cadiz, 42.10 km from Jerez or 39.10 km from El Puerto de Santa Maria. If you want to visit places of interest, you can visit the Plaza Mayor, the Arquillo del reloj, the Ermita de Santa Ana or take a boat trip to the islet of Sancti Petri. The swimming pool is open during the summer season, from June 15 to September 15.
