I scheduled a 4 day stay at this property. My family and I didn’t enjoy our stay at this property. Upon arriving at the property, the first thing we noticed were broken blinds in the front windows. When I walked to the back of then property the garbage was over flowing with trash and large flies swarming all around. There was a broken sheet of glass leaned on the side of the house. Which I believe was a safety hazard. The host gave the option to park in the garage. When I looked at the garage, it was another hazard. It looked like it could have fell apart at any moment. I didn’t feel comfortable parking my vehicle in there. When I entered the house it was very hot. The thermostat read it was 81 degrees in the home. I turned down the A/C. I walked through the rest of the home. For a family of 5, that was scheduled to be there for 4 days, there was no extra toilet paper, garbage bags or cleaning supplies. When I washed my hands, the soap dispenser was full of soapy water not actual soap. I checked the refrigerator. It was clean and the light was on but the temperature was hot in the refrigerator and freezer. I checked the refrigerator settings, the settings were on high. After an hour the refrigerator and home never cooled off. I contacted the host to let them know about the refrigerator. I was told to unplug it for 30mins to an hour. I unplugged it like they said. When I plugged it back in the refrigerator still didn’t work. At 11 pm the thermostat still read 81. We left early
