Very clean and location was great. Need to invest in new couches and maybe a fire pit for the deck. You should also check the gas tanks for the grill, and get a few more forks. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Neighborhood experience in the big city

We had a wonderful stay, and this location was perfect for our family vacation. The deck out back is a perfect place to read a book and drink some coffee to start your day. We loved being walking distance to a grocery store, liquor store, and plenty of bar and restaurant options. A quick 15 minute walk for us on the Brown Line to head downtown. Be sure to check out S&G's restaurant for breakfast, and get a pizza from Side Street Saloon!

gREAT TIME HAD IN cHICAGO

I booked this VRBO with my two brothers for a weekend of fun going to the Cards/Cubs series over the fourth. I booked it mainly because of its location close to Wrigley Field. The add said 15-20 minute walk to the stadium , but in reality it ended up being closer to 40 minutes for a couple of 70 individuals and their 62 year old brother, Other than that it was exactly how it was pictured,

Overall a nice location. Was about a 20 minute walk to Wrigley. Lots of good eating establishments. Neighborhood was nice. Easy walk to brown line train station. Inside was clean. Shower fan is really loud. Great place to stay for a short time in Chicago.

A Place to Sleep

Received no communication on how to enter the property so I had to reach out to the owner. The listed owner isn't the owner...? Or the property's manager changed...? Either way I got no response via the app so I called and the person that answered said they had to call someone else. Eventually I got a response and got in. Once in there was only 1 roll of toilet paper and the property is listed for 6 people, somewhat frustrating. The house has signs for no smoking, but clearly people have smoked in it as it had a smell of half smoke and half cleaner. 3 stars for the location and being a place to sleep but not many advantages beyond that.
