글쎄요. 이가격이면 다른 좋은 곳이 정말 많습니다.

사진만 보고, 10일 여행 마지막 2박을 예약을 했습니다만, 결론적으로 마지막 호텔때문에 치앙마이는 정말 최악의 기억으로 남을듯.. "결코, 프렌들리하지 않습니다" 스텝이 친절하다는 후기가 신기하네요. 친절하던가요? 정말 방콕, 푸켓, 심지어 빠이에 비해서도 절대 친절한 직원들이 아닙니다. 영어로 소통이 잘 되지 않습니다. 대부분의 직원들이 모두 영어를 잘 하지 못합니다. "청결하지 않아요" 체크인할때 방구석에 쓰레기가 치워지지 않은 채 있었으나, 항의 하지 않았습니다. 두번째 날에 침대 이불 안에서 검지손톱만한 버그가 나왔지만 그냥 제가 잡아서 버리고 찜찜해서 이불을 잘 덮지도 않고 밤을 보냈습니다. (창문을 연적이 없습니다. 테라스있는 룸을 제외하곤 나머지 스탠다드 방은 창문 밖으로 반대편 건물의 방이 보여서 커튼을 열수도 없습니다.물론, 방충망도 없거든요. ) "너무 시끄럽습니다. " 아래, 위, 옆 방어디인지 모르겠지만 다른 방에서 샤워, 혹은 세면대를 사용하면 그 물소리가 다 들립니다. 또한 복도에서 나는 모든 소리가 방음이 전혀 되지 않습니다. 아침에 청소하는 직원들 목소리가 너무 시끄러워서 일어났습니다. 지나다니는 사람들의 모든 캐리어 소리, 목소리 전혀 필터링 되지 않습니다. 호텔 공사에 대한 멘션을 듣지 못했는데, 온 종일 공사 소음으로 시끄럽습니다. (2020년 1월 30일 기준) 우리나라 신라스테이, 롯데L7 가격보다 높은데 수준은 글쎄요. 찾아보면 여기보다 좋은데 진짜 많습니다. 여러분 여기 구경하시려면 그냥 낮에 커피한잔 하러오세요. 근데, 한국에 카페랑 별만 다를 것 없은 인테리어예요. "샐러드에도 달팽이가 나옵니다" 조식이 아주 이쁘게 나옵니다. 맛도 나쁘지 않죠. 샐러드에서 "달팽이"가 나오기 전까지 저도 그렇게 생각했습니다. 상추에 달팽이가 나와서 아주 유기농채소인가보다라고 감동했네요. 직원에게 달팽이가 나왔는데 이걸 어떻게 하냐? 라고 했을때, 아주 아무런 말없이 가져가서 다시 다른 샐러드를 가져다 주더라구요. "타올이 더럽다고 돈을 요구해요." 제가 이렇게 다 적게 된 이유는 저녁에 바닥에 맥주를 쏟았는데, 그걸 핸드타올로 닦았지요. 그러고 체크아웃을 하는데, 룸 체크를 한다고 기다려 달라고 하더니 5분도 안되어, 그 맥주 닦은 타올 사진을 보내주면서 타올이 세탁을 해도 안지워지니 돈을 내라고 했습니다. 그래서 저는 맥주를 닦았을 뿐이고, 그게 세탁이 안된다니 이상하다, 5분만에 세탁도 해봤냐? 그랬더니 계속 돈을 요구했습니다. 얼마안해요. 사실 200바트면 그냥 주고 나왔어도 됩니다. 근데 영어로 제가 난 호텔에와서 이런이런 불만이 있었고, 문제도 있었지만 다 넘어갔는데, 너희는 나에게 돈을 요구하는 구나 등의 내용을 매니저와 다시 얘기했더니, 돈안줘도 되니 가라고했습니다. 하지만 저는 기분이 나빠서 200바트 주고 왔어요. 대부분의 손님들은 그냥 주고왔을 것 같더라구요. 이거 좀 별로였어요. 그리고 위치. 중요하잖아요. 여기 위치 관광하기 결코 좋지 않아요.

진짜 너무너무 좋았어요 강추!!!!

한국분들 후기가 없어서 좀 고민하면서 예약했는데 진짜 로비도 너무 예쁘고 룸 컨디션도 좋고 직원분들 다 너무 친절하고 조식도 맛있어요 님만해민이라고 하긴 위치가 좀 애매하긴 한데 그랩타고 다녀서 별 문제 없었어요! 너무 좋아서 전 나중에 치앙마이 가면 꼭 여기서 풀로 다 지낼거에요... 중간에 숙소 옮겼는데 진짜 속상했어요 계속 여기 있을걸.... 이런 후기 한 번도 남겨본 적 없는데 진짜 너무 좋았던 기억만 가득해서 남깁니다~~ 너무좋아요!!

센스있는 손님 접대와 친절

체크인 할때 고객이 좋아하는 음악을 로비 가득 울려퍼지도록 플레이해 준 것이 인상깊었고 스텝 모두가 친절해서 매우 좋았다. 조식때는 간단한 메모와 함께 음식을 주는데 고객 한 사람 한 사람을 소중히 여기는 것 같은 느낌이 들었다. 호텔도 새로 지었는지 청결도도 높다. 마지막으로 호텔 위치가 큰도로에 있지않고 골목으로 조금 들어가는데 처음엔 이 점이 불편하다 생각했는데 그만큼 한적하고 조용해서 좋고 초록이들의 푸르름과 새소리 그리고 신선한 공기 등 자연을 느낄 수 있어 더 좋다고 생각한다.

위치가 좀 애매하긴하지만...

매우 좋은 호텔. 근사한 인테리어. 친절한 스테프들.(주차장 관리하시는 아저씨까지도 넘나 친절. So sweet~) 조금 식었지만 넘나 훌륭했던 조식. 통유리 건물인데다가 현관과 복도에 냉방방치가 없는건지... 방까지 가는 그 짧은 길이 멀게만 느껴지...... 위치도 역시 뭔가 애매... 했네요... 택시를 타고 숙소로 돌아갈때마다 기사님들이 너무 헤메서... 하아...... 걸어서 다니기엔... 올드타운이든 님만해민이든. 묘하게 먼 느낌? 하지만. 또 갈거예요!

Relax environment

Everything so good and feel like home Staff were friendly and sweet Just new open so the gym and some rooms haven’t completes yet Only the floor was dusty and we stay for three nights but it’s like same ,maybe the house keeping still new Breakfast is delicious but you need to choose for the next day

Wspaniały hotel pomimo iż nie jest do końca zrobiony(otwarcie było w 2018 listopad),bardzo miły i pomocny personel.Pokoje czyste i ladne .Wssystko pachnie jeszcze nowoscia.Sniadania dobre ,tylko jedyny minus że nie mają menu dla vegetarianow.Napewno wrócę do tego hotelu.
