We stayed here for the Cheyenne Frontier Days Festival and I believe everyone else here was too. The lady at the reception desk was so friendly. Our room and bathroom was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The only reason I’m giving a 4 versus a 5 star is due to an odd faint smell throughout the building- it wasn’t terrible but it was there. I would stay here again! Felt very safe.

We checked in and our attendant was fine. This is an older hotel with no stairs, no irons, no blow dryers. It rained every single day we were there and we had to ask for extra towels. We also asked for our sheets to be changed because the mattress pad came off and the mattress was dirty. At checkout, we were charged for a washcloth she said was stained. I asked her to explain, and she said there was nothing we could do that she found a stain and they were charging us.

Bare bones

Fridge had previous users food in it. Old place but relatively clean. Staff was efficient but not overly friendly. Breakfast was sparse and food was removed at exactly 930 am.

I enjoy supporting individually owned properties. The staff was friendly and rooms very clean. Access to the two Interstate highways was good. Being close to the one Interstate highway, we could hear traffic though.

Light in a storm

Great stop-over location. Staff we personable and friendly. This was lastvminute and we were treated like long- time guests. Room was very comfortable, easy access for dog-walking. Breakfastvwascfreshvand offered a wide variety of choices.
