Inside, high ceilings and wood-beam accents frame a living room filled with light from large windows. Comfortable seating makes it easy to relax, while the downstairs living area doubles as a movie room with plush furnishings and a large-screen TV. Whether it’s a family movie night or a quiet afternoon retreat, there is space for everyone to feel at ease.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 11 guests with five bedrooms and six beds. The primary suite features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a tub. Three additional bedrooms each include a queen bed, and a fifth bedroom offers both a full and a twin bed, ideal for families traveling with children. Blackout curtains, soft linens, and extra pillows and blankets provide thoughtful touches for restful nights.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms ensure convenience for groups. The primary ensuite offers a tub, while two additional bathrooms include shower/tub combinations. Each is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a granite island, and all the essentials for preparing meals. Cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are provided, along with dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and a coffee maker. A dining table offers room to gather for breakfast or dinner after exploring Cheyenne.

Family-friendly details
Families will find practical extras including a pack ’n play, high chair, and children’s books and toys. Laundry needs are easily managed with a washer and dryer, and comfort is maintained with air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan, and an indoor fireplace.

Home safety and connectivity
The property includes exterior security cameras monitoring the front door, garages, and back door. Safety features such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are also in place. WiFi and an Ethernet connection make it simple to stay connected.

Neighborhood
Though the ranch feels secluded, it’s only a short drive into Cheyenne. The Nelson Museum of the West and the Wyoming State Museum are both about 17 minutes away, while the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens are 18 minutes from the property. Seasonal events at the Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo grounds are within 20 minutes, and a drive along Happy Jack Road reveals more of Wyoming’s wide-open beauty.
