Excelente ubicación 👏

Excelente lugar cerca del centro (a tres cuadras del aprox) adrian, karen y samuel excelentes personas, nos dieron muchos tips y el servicio fue genial. 15 minutos en bici de los cocalitos y 25 del cenote azul. En general todo bien en relación al precio, por ser nuestra luna de miel nos prestaron las bicis gratis por un dia y ademas esta Cerca de la catrina (bar que nos encanto). Los únicos cons que encontramos es que al llegar nuestra habitación habia sido rentada lo cual nos saco un poco de onda (al final la hab. Que nos dieron estaba bien), el internet no llegaba al cuarto sian kan y las almohadas estaban duras. En cónclusion todo bien, gracia chic@s y esperamos volver en otra ocasión

Primeira coisa a enganação sobre estacionamento, no anuncio diz ter mas é mentira, o carro fica na RUA em frente ao hotel. Internet não funciona Chegamos as 14h e não nos deixaram entrar pq o checkin era 15h (até aí ok, essa é a regra), voltamos as 15h15min e tivemos que esperar até as 16h pq o quarto estava sendo limpo. Entramos as 16h10min Ao procurar as toalhas do quarto pra tomar banho, não tinha, fui perguntar na recepção, a resposta foi que as tolhas estavam secando, só nos deram toalhas as 21h. Hotel absurdamente caro e atendimento péssimo, fujam que é cilada.

Muy buen servicio y personal amable y servicial

Estuvimos la semana pasada y fue una estancia muy agradable, la persona de recepción muy amable y servicial, quizás el único pequeño inconveniente que el baño es un poco chico, pero el servicio excelente, sin duda alguna lo recomendare a familiares y amigos y cuando volvamos a ir a Bacalar nos hospedaremos nuevamente en ese lugar
