The doors let in a lot of light and the outdoor areas echo a lot and can be hear inside the room.

The property is nice on picture and somewhat in reality. the linens inthe room had a stain and the Pool towels we received all had holes on them. when it comes to the shower the the shower head does not poor well as if the head is dirty and causing the floor to get wet and making it messy getting out. The staff was nice and friendly and the facility is clean. Its in a great location the early morning view was great. Linens, towels and the shower head were not it. with upgrade to those it would be Very Good.

There was an issue with the shower that was quickly resolved. They said check out time was 11, but the website said 12. The chef modified my breakfast for me to make it vegetarian, and he made a sauce as spicy as i like it! Overall, it was a decent place

The hotel is small, but the rooms are very well appointed, and clean. The restaurant was great, with each meal plated so artistically. Location was good, close to seaside walkway and all the eateries there. I highly recommend it.

Cute boutique hotel just a block from the ocean

I love this place! Cute, airy, comfortable. It had a cute pool with swing, lots of plants all around. The rooms were decently clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Little restaurant on site where we purchased some delicious coffee and breakfast. The hotel is just a block from the ocean and a nice walk along the malecon. Can’t beat this place for the price and location!

Pool area was nice and sunny. Very roomey room. NIce staff, easy check-in. I had no problems with this hotel and will stay again. It could be really nice if the owners would just invest a little more money in simple things like Black Out Drapes, matching table and chairs, nicer towels, a small coffee maker in the room would be nice for god sakes, reverse the hinges on the bathroom doors so they swing out please. A few hundred bucks invested would easily propel this property to all 4-5 stars rating. Great colors, nice restaurant, cool staff, terrific pool,....its all there except it falls short on the simple room amenities, which are most important. Like I say though, it was worth the money. It was quiet, and it is a nice property. Like i said, i will stay there again for our quick trips to Chetumal.

Conveniently located near the seawall,within walking distance to the water ferry, town square and city central oxox and other local stores within a few blocks. Taxis run often if you need transportation. Renee is knowledgeable of local tour guides if you need as well. The property itself is lovely and clean. It has a pool and a in-house restaurant that is so really a great value. The chef and server are so accommodating and will make sure you enjoy your meal. Check in and out is simple. Overall this a a outstanding property they treat you like you are part of their family.

The employees were very friendly & helpful. Most spoke some English. The food was amazing. We were able to get ice at the restaurant. Karla, at the front desk, was great.
