This hotel is very nice. My only real complaint is the location and presentation. It is not on the ground floor and the taxi driver had a hard time finding it. When we arrived, there were construction materials stacked high in front and that added to the confusion. The area feels unsafe, to a foreigner who is not used to life in China cities, but in reality, I think it was just fine. Just not the feeling I wanted for my late arrival. However, with all that said, the inside and room and breakfast and staff service was top notch.

The room not only didn’t match what we booked earlier, but condition was bad despite staff telling me it’s an upgrade (to a smaller one?) But the room cleaning auntie was really helpful and super nice. Kudos to her.

Good location

This hotel is in a very central location in Chengdu CHUNXI ROAD. It is very easy for food and shopping but a bit noisy and sometimes can be crowd . This is a Hilton Garden Inn. therefore not a real Hilton standard.
