My family & I stayed here for 4 nights. I’d have to say the place is bigger than the picture, but also some pics are different. For instance, there was a picture that showed a bunk bed for 3 but it turned out to be 2 twin beds that could be converted into a king, which it wasn’t, because the owners asked us beforehand. The condo is close to the lake and water park, love that. There pool was a hit with the kids, bits it’s old and the toys they had in the condo, loved. The condos floors were filthy. I walked around barefoot for no more than a few minutes & my feet were black. I asked the owner for a mop. I heard nothing back. I had to mop the floors myself 3 times & they were still not cleaned. They have a quick turn around on the place that they aren’t cleaning the place like they should. I found lots of other people’s hair, dust, fake nails, food stains etc. That was the other thing that was annoying and not very professional in my opinion is getting back to me in a timely manner. Since the very beginning it was like pulling teeth getting a response back from them. I’ve had to go thru VRBO multiple times, because I don’t know what else to do. Supposedly they didn’t get my message about the mop till the day before we were suppose to leave & then they offered me a mop. I left items at the condo & still nothing back. That’s like stealing. All they want is a lot of traffic so they make money. They don’t care about customer service or what people think or are experiencing. Definit
