If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Great Location not so great unit
The unit itself is TINY with zero storage. There is no closet in the bedroom, very limited utensils and essentially zero storage throughout the entire unit. The Bedroom window opens to the interior corridor of the building which means the curtains have to be closed at all times. There is no indoor table and only two stools. The location is great and the pool is just okay. I would personally not stay here again but I do recommend this place for a single person or couple who do not need much space or who don't plan to be inside very much.
