This adorable one bedroom unit is truly charming! As you enter the front door you will find yourself right at home. The property is centrally located in Carrie Underwood's hometown of Checotah and is only a few blocks from some of the best restaurants & antique shops around. It's also the perfect spot for weary travelers looking for a place to rest for a night or two as the town of Checotah is nestled between Highway 69 and Interstate-40. Guests are sure to love having all the comforts of home in this tastefully decorated duplex. Convenience, comfort, and charm...what more can you ask for?
1. No Smoking of Any Kind Inside the Cabin: A $200 fine for violating this rule may be charge to guests.
2. No more than 4 guests in or on the property at any time. Violating this clause could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund.
3. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Guests will be notified if a noise complaint has been made. If noise continues, guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
4. Put things back where you found them.
5. Guests will be held responsible for any damaged or broken items.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great duplex for a weekend getaway

I have stayed in many air b&b places and this one is now my favorite. They thought of everything. The furnishings are extremely comfortable and fit the apartment perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was spotless. They are fast in their communication and the check in process was a breeze. I plan on returning when I am back in the area.
