Gîte Maïs - Chazey-sur-ain

Welcome to Gîte Maïs, nestled in the heart of the peaceful hamlet of L'Hôpital, in the commune of Chazey-sur-Ain. Located on a farm near the owners' residence, this gîte offers an authentic countryside experience. With a separate entrance, you access a kitchen opening onto a living-dining room, creating a welcoming space. A wooden staircase leads upstairs, where you will find two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds (90x200), as well as a bathroom with a private toilet. Please note that heating is an additional cost. The gîte is ideally located for discovering the region's treasures. Immerse yourself in history at the Medieval City of Pérouges, marvel at the many species at the Villars-les-Dombes Bird Park, and explore the mysteries of the Caves of La Balme. Meximieux, with its church and wooden stalls, offers a glimpse into the local heritage. For outdoor enthusiasts, several golf courses and rivers ideal for fishing are nearby. The Plaine de l'Ain Industrial Park is also easily accessible for business travelers, just 10 minutes away. Outside, a garden shared by the other gîtes is accessible and offers a grassy area where you can gather around the barbecue. Horseback riders are also welcome, with suitable accommodation options. If you're traveling in a larger group, the owners also offer three other gîtes on the same property: Le Soja, which can accommodate 4 people; Le Colza, which can accommodate 4 people; and Le Blé, which can accommodate up to 7 people.
