Une nuit à l’hôtel Pedra Pura à Chaves, mais quelle expérience ! Paulo a été exceptionnel malgré notre arrivée tardive. Chambre sublime avec rocher intégré et baignoire au sol, vue magnifique. Nous avons déjà hâte d’y revenir avec plus de temps pour en profiter pleinement.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans ce lieu magnifique. Tout était parfait : l’hôtel est neuf, confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Ambiente acolhedor e atmosfera encantadora

Fomos recebidos com tanta simpatia que me senti em casa. Este hotel encantador, com uma paisagem suberba, cheio de charme e conforto, conquistou o nosso coração. Contudo há várias coisas a melhorar: - pequeno almoço muito básico para o que promete (sem iogurte natural, sem leite vegetal e os bolos são industriais) - não há qualquer tipo de serviço de restaurante ou cafeteria, apenas são servidas bebidas, o que nos obriga a sair do hotel sempre que queremos fazer refeições rápidas ou principais (poderiam preparar snacks ou ter à disposição uns aperitivos, para as pessoas terem alguma coisa para comer) - o spa e o ginásio não estão a funcionar, conforme anunciado no site. Gostaríamos de voltar quando todos os serviços estiverem em funcionamento! 🙂

Experiência única!!!

Dificilmente encontraremos uma estadia melhor do que esta! Eu e o meu noivo nos hospedamos com os nossos dois cães, e fomos muitíssimo bem recebidos desde o princípio. O serviço do staff foi excelente, a simpatia de todos nos cativou, toda a paisagem oferece ainda mais encanto ao hotel, e o interior dos quartos é de tirar o fôlego! Ainda tivemos uma visita guiada por todas as instalações, com o Lino, o proprietário, que nos fez perceber o carinho e dedicação postos em cada detalhe do hotel. Toda a construção é um resultado de alguém que ama o que faz, sem dúvida. O pequeno-almoço estava excelente, com todas as frutas colhidas na própria horta do hotel - as frutas mais doces só existem no Pedra Pura! E os hóspedes podem comer as frutas que estão plantadas nos pequenos canteiros em frente aos quartos. Só podemos dizer que toda a experiência foi surpreendente e que nenhuma fotografia faz justiça à beleza, elegância e qualidade das instalações! 🌻
