You can rest easy knowing you found the perfect downtown Chattanooga loft for your weekend retreat or 6-month stay! As you enter Exchange at Cameron Harbor, you will find two private bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Each bedroom is stocked with luxurious sheets and bedding, smart TVs, blackout curtains, and more! Each bathroom hosts a tub/shower combo and is stocked with our starter pack of essentials including body wash, shampoo, & conditioner, hair dryers, and plush towels and washcloths.





As you enter the fully stocked living spaces, you will be greeted with luxury and comfort. A private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, plush seating, multiple dining spaces, a smart TV in the living room, a fully stocked kitchen, a luxury washer & dryer, an ironing board, and so much more!





This unit is located on the 3rd floor and can be accessed by stairs or an elevator. Each guest will have full access to the entire condo including the furnished washer & dryer. They will also have access to the gym and pool.

Potential for noise - This is a condo located downtown. Although it is minimal, there is potential for noise from cars on the street below. We have provided box fans to make each of our guests as comfortable as possible during their stay!
