Our rm 206 there is a very large ac unit on the wall thats too big for the size of the room so it was very noisy and it kept switching on and off repeated throughout the night. It was like the thermostat was overly sensitive and the room didn't hold tge preset temperature. We didn’t get very much sleep.

Received a call from the property staff as we were driving to the property saying that our reservation had been cancelled due to overcrowding. They offered space at another nearby property that I knew to be inferior. We ended up with reservations at an acceptable property
